Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the following order:
- Good-faith negotiation: the parties prioritize discussion to resolve within 30 days;
- Mediation: if negotiation fails, a mediator may be used as provided by law;
- Court: if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent People's Court in An Giang Province for resolution.
